At Erdal Kaya Baklava we bake with passion, precision and genuine ingredients – without any shortcuts.

Our pastries are created from scratch with hand-drawn dough sheets, real butter and carefully selected pistachios from Gaziantep.

Each baking sheet is made with care in our family bakery in Upplands Väsby. For us, baklava is more than just taste – it is pride, culture and care.
